North Mississippi Sports Network provides sports coverage, broadcasts, highlights, schedules, and related content focused on north Mississippi high-school athletics.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including broadcast availability, featured games, or third-party integrations.

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape or overload our systems, impersonate NMSN or another person, upload malicious code, or use the site to harass others.

You may not copy, retransmit, or commercially exploit NMSN broadcasts, graphics, or site content except as allowed by these terms or with our written permission.

NMSN branding, website design, original broadcast production, graphics, and written content on WatchNMSN.com are owned by NMSN or our licensors unless otherwise noted.

School names, mascots, logos, and team marks belong to their respective schools, districts, or rights holders. We display them for identification and editorial coverage.

Embedded videos, score data, and third-party widgets remain subject to the terms of their respective providers, including YouTube, Meta, ScoreStream, and MaxPreps where applicable.

When you contact us, subscribe to updates, or tag public social posts with NMSN hashtags, you represent that you have the right to share that content.

By tagging public posts with NMSN hashtags or otherwise submitting content for community display, you grant NMSN a non-exclusive license to display, link to, and promote that public content in connection with the network.

We may remove or decline to display content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or unrelated to NMSN coverage.

The site links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, and may embed content or data from external providers.

We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Game times, schedules, scores, rosters, and broadcast start times may change without notice. We provide this information for convenience and do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

Live streams may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable due to venue conditions, platform issues, weather, equipment failure, or rights restrictions.

The site and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMSN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMSN and its team members, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any broadcast.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NMSN from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought in the courts located in Mississippi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
